The Branch Coordinator is a support position within the Branch to assist with a variety of solar projects, office, and operational tasks.
The Branch Coordinator will work closely with the Branch Manager to prepare documents for construction teams, coordinating and retrieving project payments and interfacing with various branch and headquarters departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and analyze pipeline reporting, meet with branch team to discuss projects, and escalate as needed
- Communicate with Branch Manager, Project Manager, Permit Coordinator, Field Manager and Site Audit Supervisor to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and with high attention to detail regarding customer service
- Meet with team members to discuss project details to provide updates
- Helps problem solve escalated Project Issues and sees that they move forward
- Keeps an eye on the pipeline to make sure no project sits for too long
- Assists with routing and scheduling as needed
- Schedule appointments to meet customers and obtain customer signatures, final paperwork sign off and payment collection. Organize all completed paperwork, and process payments in a compliant, secure manner, if assigned.
- Prepare project documentation for construction teams
- Organizes office operations and procedures and Branch filing system
- Coordinates and maintains meeting notes and crossfunctional marketing when assigned (i.e. Safety Meetings, Branch Staff Meetings, corporate communications, etc.)
- Ensures Order Management and Accounting Departments (A/P and A/R) have necessary project details for job invoicing
- Assists the Branch Operations Manager with adhoc tasks when assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
Experience:
- 24+ years of previous project administration or field construction experience
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detailoriented and enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization
- Must have a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use, Oracle experience a plus
