Location: Bochum / North Rhine-Westphalia / Germany | Full-time | Hybrid

As the head of our technical service, you will work directly to make traffic in western Germany smoother. With a team of over 70 electrical engineering professionals spread across 7 locations, you will ensure that people reach their destinations more efficiently every day. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for 7 locations in the western region where a total of over 70 colleagues are involved in the commissioning, maintenance, and upkeep of our traffic management systems
  • In addition, you will oversee the controlling of strategic measures and independently develop our KPIs in an entrepreneurial manner
  • You will work on optimizing service processes such as order processing, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Your focus will be on personnel development, promoting team spirit, and continuously improving our service processes, including personnel and budget planning
  • In collaboration with the local trainer, you will shape the development of our technical talents and their training in the region
