Therefore, we are currently looking for a Heating/Ventilation/Sanitation Engineer (m/f/d) or Technical Building Services Employee (m/f/d) to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the need for inspections, maintenance, renewal, and maintenance in the relevant field and developing corresponding guidelines.
  • Recording and managing all data of the technical systems in their area of expertise.
  • Developing and updating maintenance contracts, initiating new contract tenders, and managing contracts.
  • Evaluating maintenance protocols, communicating necessary actions, and monitoring the resolution of deficiencies.
  • Managing the conversion from gas supply to district heating, including contractual support, coordinating planning offices, and negotiating contracts with district heating providers.
  • Commissioning, processing, and monitoring all inspections by the Technical Inspection Association (ZÜS) as well as safety assessments according to the BetrSichV, communicating necessary actions, and monitoring the resolution of deficiencies.
  • Supporting the implementation of construction projects project management.
  • Gathering information on technical and safety regulations, provisions, legalities, and recognized rules of technology in their industry, and preparing
