Customer Service Technician (m/f/d)

After an intensive and specific training by our team, you will be our expert for our customers:

• Customer Service Technician (m/f/d) for the maintenance and repair of the equipment we offer, such as popcorn machines and warmers, both in our workshop in Bobingen and at our customers' locations.
• You always stock your workshop and service vehicle with suitable spare parts.
• Our customers can rely on your expertise for all technical questions on site.
• You have a strong service mindset, which is reflected in your work.
• You complete repair and monthly reports diligently.

What you bring:

• You have completed training as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician.
• You have a valid driver's license.
• You have a confident demeanor and a secure way of expressing yourself.
• You have a good command of the German language in both written
