PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience demonstrating skill making inbound/outbound calls to customers.
  • Experience demonstrating skill analyzing and interpreting data sufficient to resolve complaints and issues, perform billing and transaction research, etc.
  • Experience demonstrating skill performing accurate mathematical calculations sufficient to reconciliation, billing verifications and cross footing (for example, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, averages and rates).
  • Experience demonstrating skill using office equipment (for example, fax, copier, printer, calculator).
  • Must successfully pass a qualification test.
  • Must successfully pass a Criminal History Background Check.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test.
