Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Trusts and Estates administration paralegal with at least five years of experience for its Uniondale office.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• All phases of trusts and estates administration.
• Strong knowledge of Surrogate's Court rules and procedures (e.g., probate, administration, accounting proceedings) is essential.
• Familiarity with preparing estate tax returns is preferable.

We are looking for a true team player who takes initiative and ownership of work product and pride in maintaining client relationships.

Hybrid Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm, with the flexibility to work
overtime when needed

Minimum 3 days a week in office

2 days a week remotely

The annualized salary range for this position is $65,000 to $100,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
