    Description
    As the Accounting Supervisor, you will be entrusted with maintaining the accuracy of the client financial records and reports.

    This position demands proficiency in GAAP and Oracle ERP Systems, coupled with a solid educational background in accounting or a related field.

    You will collaborate closely with other members of the finance team to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


    Overview:
    Full-time | Contract role.
    Remote role.

    Compensation:
    $50/hour.

    Responsibilities include:
    Examine consolidated financial reports, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    Prepare daily agency and weekly bank deposits and monthly reconciliation of all accounts.
    Provide support for the Consolidations platform and secondary EPM reporting tools within the Oracle ERP/EMP Cloud environment.

    Manage month-end closing tasks, including the preparation and assessment of consolidated journal entries, assisting in the analytical review of monthly financials, and upholding internal controls.

    Compile financial data and reports for external stakeholders, such as debt covenant reporting.
    Oversee the activities of two accountants, guiding them in financial consolidation and month-end closing tasks.


    Qualifications include:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
    Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in related financial role.
    Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
    Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
    Proficiency with Oracle ERP Systems.
