- Providing topnotch customer service to existing, new, and potential clients.
- Managing accounts to ensure services are delivered within budget and aligned with client needs.
- Generating insightful progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, crossselling, and renewals, and collaborating closely with our business development and retail store teams.
- Developing strategic plans in conjunction with internal teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cultivating a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and crosssell to clients.
- Facilitate customer requests through our "special orders" desk.
- Engage walkin sales in the showroom.
- The ability to effortlessly juggle multiple responsibilities and tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
