    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative!

    The main goal of this role is to provide exceptional service to both existing and potential members of our Credit Union. As a key point of contact, you will assist members with information on eligibility, account options, loan products, and various services we offer. In addition, you will oversee daily branch operations, support staff development, and ensure efficient practices.

    • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including supervising staff, addressing policy-related issues, and handling member concerns.
    • Process financial transactions, address account problems, assist with new account openings, and provide information on our products and services.
    • Build and maintain strong member relationships by delivering outstanding service, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products.
    • Provide guidance to staff on service excellence, referrals, and branch objectives, leading by example.
    • Assist with vault management, currency handling, and ensuring security protocols are followed.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a financial institution.
    • Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
    • NMLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
