Community Resource Network of Florida is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented recruiter for a full-time position. This is a part remote, part in-office position.

We are the premier provider of in-home services in SW and Central Florida.


The
Recruiter/ Care Coordinator** is the go-to contact person and works on a team to ensure that each Individual receives the care they need in a person-centered approach.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-
Recruiting

  • Recruits Direct Service Professionals (DSP) to work in a contract capacity with CRN and Individuals served. Sources and posts ads to generate Independent Contractors.
  • Communicate governmental requirements to potential DSP's considering a contract agreement with CRN.
  • Communicate and train DSP contractors on Electronic Visit Verification and other documentation systems used to verify services provided to Individuals.
  • Attend community events, job fairs, local meeting locations to generate interest and attract potential DSPs to work in contract agreement with CRN.

Customer Service & Client Relations

  • Build relationships with Individuals/families, Waiver Support Coordinators, Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), Department of Children and Families, and nurse coordinators.
  • Reviews and analyzes assigned Individuals' Support Plan to ensure understanding of Individual's specific needs.
  • Acts as liaison between the Individual receiving services/ their families and the DSP to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct intake interviews with Individuals/families to gain thorough understanding of their specific care needs.
  • Handles calls from both DSP and families to address concerns and questions.
  • Consult with DSP and Individuals as needed.

Administration:


  • Retrieve and record notes regarding Individual's concerns, medical updates or other changes to their care needs.
  • Communicates updates to DSPs on processes for working in a contract capacity.
  • Maintains confidentiality in all communication; specifically protecting PHI of Individuals receiving services.
  • Ensure proper documentation protocol to mitigate fraudulent activity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent, college course work preferred
  • 1 year in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Min. 1year direct customer service, via telephone or facetoface
  • Min. 6 months screening/recruiting and hiring responsibility
  • Must pass Level II Background screening.
  • Valid state driver's license
