    Description
    Insight Global is looking for several Maintenance Technicians for permanent, direct hire opportunities in the Cincinnati/Fairfield area.

    These Maintenance Technicians will join a large maintenance team and spend their time maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment for a fast-paced environment in the food industry all while receiving paid training.

    Repairs/maintenance on equipment can range from gearboxes, filers, bearings, valves, sprocket alignments, limit switches, air systems, ovens, motors, hydraulic components, PLC's, etc.

    Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on processing equipment, such as conveyors, motors, pumps, valves, etc.

    Experience with gearboxes, bearings, troubleshooting electric, refrigeration, ammonia, control voltage, HVAC, CAD, or hydraulics is highly preferred for this role.

    They will also complete basic welding duties as well as use hand tools such as grinders, saws, drills, bearing press, etc.

    The manager is willing to offer paid training and will cross-train employees. The company does not outsource their maintenance work, so there is plenty of opportunity to develop skills further. These candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and a criminal background check.

Required Skills & ExperienceIndustrial maintenance background Experience with gearboxes, valves, troubleshooting electric, refrigeration, ammonia, control voltage, or hydraulics Strong communication skillsOkay with OT & some weekends for projects (48 hours a week) Stable work history (or Recent Graduate from Technical School) Tools/Toolbox required Nice to Have Skills & ExperiencePLC troubleshooting experience (strongly preferred) Food industry background Robotics experience Experience Modifying Code Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
