We are currently hiring a 2nd and 3rd Shift
Maintenance Technician in our Butler, IN plant. This is a direct hire opportunity with career growth potential and amazing benefits package.

As a
Maintenance Technician, you can expect to work the following schedule

Second shift:
Monday - Friday 2 pm - 10 pm

Third shift:
Monday - Friday 10 pm - 6 am.

Maintenance Technician
Job Duties:

Ability to perform and follow preventive maintenance procedures.
Performs routine inspections and reports findings to Maintenance Manager.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair processing equipment.
Assisting in the solution and solving of technical problems.
Ability to disassemble, repair and reassemble processing equipment.
Monitors inventory of parts and supplies and reports deficiencies to the Maintenance Manager.
Participates in training classes in order to upgrade skill levels.
Communicates with plant team on equipment problems and corrects the problem where and when needed.
Always observes department safety rules and work instructions, making sure other maintenance personnel do the same.
Assists maintenance staff on repairs in the plant as needed.
Maintains work area clear of debris and tripping hazards.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary to upgrade and maintain the safe, efficient operation of the plant.

Prior experience as a
Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing facility is _
required._

From $23.00 per hour
