The
Bayern Facility Management GmbH with headquarters in Munich is an established medium-sized company in the real estate industry. Especially in southern Germany, we offer high-quality and sustainable services throughout the entire real estate life cycle.


Your Tasks:


  • You create and design presentations, brochures, product catalogs, and flyers
  • You are responsible for the selection and purchase of advertising materials
  • You are the first point of contact for online / emarketing (website, social media)
  • Public relations / PR (newsletter, development of customer loyalty measures, coordination and implementation of trade fairs and customer events, press releases)
  • You take on responsibility in customer relationship management

Your Profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a similar field
  • You have gained initial professional experience in marketing, ideally also with industry knowledge
  • You have a high affinity for online marketing, such as social media
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office applications
  • You have good knowledge of layout and image editing
