"We are looking to build 3 houses on a plot of land in Grays Prairie, TX. The land has some irregular areas, but minimal movement is required. The houses should have a usable area of over 100 m2 and be single-story. We are interested in modern or contemporary, rustic, and classic styles of construction. We already own the land for the project. We do not have a project designed or signed by a professional architect. The construction is planned to take place in more than 6 months. Our preference for the service is the best price."
