    Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon

    is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Customer Service representative to join our dealership's Business Development Center.

    This position will be responsible for handling Service leads, inbound phone calls and customer retention.

    Immediate Opening Available


    Job Responsibilities:
    Receive inbound service calls

    Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty

    Develop a pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals

    Work with service and sales department to increase service traffic

    Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Lexus manufacture recalls

    Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments

    Auto dealership Service or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus

    Superior communication and customer service skills

    Solid working knowledge of the Internet and CDK

    Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

    High School Diploma or equivalent
