Creating Fascination:
Your Tasks

As the strategic positioning in the construction ecosystems focuses on sustainability and local and cross-cutting customer benefits, you will be responsible for:

Managing the interplay of the division-wide digital portfolio and strategic partnerships
Establishing a unified definition of stakeholders and a framework for integrating services and solutions along the value chain
Designing a systematic monitoring of the ecosystems, including the positioning of market participants, legal requirements, and trend monitoring, and managing combinations of digital solutions and services in close coordination with divisions and other relevant stakeholders
Overseeing the user experience and orchestrating the flow of construction process data from idea to endoflife of a created product
Supporting marketing in implementing the brand presence of the digital construction portfolio, including responsibility for developer portals for data integration solutions
Building, leading, and developing a team to achieve objectives

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Completed degree in business engineering, construction process management, business informatics, or a comparable education, or equivalent experience through practical work
Experience in designing digital business models and IIoT and BIM solutions, as well as APIs
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry in the areas of digitalization projects, product and portfolio management, business development, corporate development, and/or program management
Experience with agile methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Organizational and communication skills with stakeholders at different levels and in different areas,
