Meet the Team: As an IT Specialist for Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Working closely with the IT team, you will implement automation and streamline processes to contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively researching and identifying tools to prevent and address potential issues.
  • Monitoring the performance of our IT infrastructure (both private and public clouds).
  • Participating in IT projects to improve and upgrade our hybrid cloud infrastructure and systems.
  • Acting as an escalation point for resolving any issues related to our hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and developing scripts or workflows to streamline IT processes and reduce manual work. Implementing automation tools and techniques to improve efficiency and scalability.
