- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to capture domain requirements and translate them into modeling needs.
- Develop and optimize codes and scripts for interfacing with data models and databases.
- Maintain a sharp focus on detail, ensuring the precision of product requirement documentation.
- Communicate technical ideas effectively to both tech-savvy and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science, statistical/machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Proven expertise in developing predictive and prescriptive models on large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python/SQL and familiar with data modeling tools.
- Strong grasp of various database management systems, including relational, NoSQL, and columnar databases.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and ELT processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, such as data scientists, product managers, and software developers.
