Job DescriptionAt Coldstream Wealth Management, we're hiring an analyst to support the continued growth and development of our Wealth Strategy Group (WSG) across the firm.
This position reports to the Chief Wealth Strategist and will be based in our Bellevue office.The Wealth Strategy Analyst will support the goals of the WSG and track progress towards milestones.
Ideally, they will have experience in one or more areas of wealth strategy, with the ability to research complex financial topics, collaborate with team members, and help keep projects on target for completion.

Attend quarterly WSG meetings, as well as the meetings of its various teams; create and distribute meeting minutes
Schedule, attend, and document meetings; schedule deadlines and coordinate follow-up for each WSG team
Organize and maintain centralized resources on internal SharePoint site and network drive
Serve as the liaison with Coldstream wealth management teams to share WSG resources and information
Gather input and prepare the WSG Quarterly Strategy Outlook presentation
Provide research and analysis to assist WSG in its decisions regarding financial planning and strategy and technology selection
Research planning strategies in various financial, tax, and estate planning areas and help finalize blog posts and other educational content
Manage licenses and firm-wide settings for the software used by WSG
Educate team members on how to use MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, and Holistiplan for planning and analysis
Assist in the planning and organization of WSG retreats
Assist in improving tracking of financial progress in Salesforce
We are looking for a candidate who has:
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
2-3 years of experience as an analyst with an RIA, asset manager, consulting firm, or similar; knowledge of financial planning and investments is strongly preferred
High proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience as a collaborative team player
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage projects to completion while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Strong analytical and planning capabilities; detail orientation with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to research complex financial topics
Ability to research, evaluate, implement, and manage software programs and technology to meet the needs of our business
CFP or progress towards CFP is preferred
Experience with MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, Holistiplan and/or Salesforce is preferred
