Your Responsibilities at Boone Grove
- Generating new projects across different groups
- Promoting and conceptualizing new business models (e.g. E-commerce)
- Managing and optimizing sales initiatives
- Detailed analysis and comparison of planned and actual data
- Promoting cross-selling and upselling measures
- Conducting comprehensive feasibility and profitability analyses
What You Should Bring
- Completed degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in sales management or a similar position
- High customer orientation and independent, solution-oriented work style
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Proven success in after-sales management and business development
- First experience with the CRM system Salesforce desirable
- Negotiation skills in English, additional languages desirable
- National and international travel readiness (approx. % of working time)
