_StretchLab Twelve Bridges is seeking a well qualified Assistant General Manager to assist and oversee sales and operations for our beautiful, brand new studio that is located in Lincoln, CA._
Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching.

With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to 'Live Long'.

StretchLab's proprietary flexologisttraining ensures that their client's receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has over 300 locations open international with immediate plans for expansion.


POSITION:


The ideal Assistant General Manager will be primarily responsible for assisting the General Manager with driving studio sales and memberships.

This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous fitness management experience.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, profit and loss, revenue.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner and General Manager.
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
  • Proficiency with Club Ready a plus.
  • Must be able to lift minimum 2530lbs above the head with ease.
  • Must be able to stand for a period of up to 8 hours at a time when working at an offsite event.

DUTIES

  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro session
  • Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
  • Assist with the management and content creation of the Studio's social media accounts
  • Assist General Manager/Studio Owner with managing Sales Associates and Flexologists
  • Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
  • Collect outstanding membership dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
  • Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
  • Assist with scheduling and participating in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Assist with strategically managing marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Assist with ensuring Employees are taking their meals and break periods with accordance to California standards. (Please refer to Meal & Break Periods of Employee Handbook).
  • Any other duties as assigned
