- Program Strategy: Create/modify program strategies, develop action plans, identify strategic priorities, engage with key stakeholders, to gather input and build support for the program's strategy consistent with statute DoD acquisition regulation.
- Acquisition Strategy: Provide support for the development and analysis of acquisition strategies.
- Document Development and Review: Development and review of acquisition and program management documentation, briefings, white papers and responses to inquiries including correspondence, briefings, and responses to inquiries.
- Meeting Participation: Attend and actively contribute to organizational meetings, working groups, and various venues. Evaluate action items, propose responses to inquiries, and maintain meeting notes.
- Program Updates: Support program updates and assist in developing executive-level briefings, including accomplishments, impacts, risks, issues, and challenges, etc.; conduct pre-meetings to prepare and distribute read-aheads; and secure approval of documents.
- Capable of leading and executing tasks associated with rapid acquisition, program management.
- Capable of working independently or leading teams in the solving of problems.
- Possess expert ability to obtain and analyze data, identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies and to advise on recommended solutions.
- Superior proficiency in MS Office suite and IT tools.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills are required.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and interacting on a daily basis with high level DoD Officials (O-6/NH-IV and above), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office and the ability to deliver products successfully in a fast-paced environment (on demand).
- Knowledge of Army acquisition streamlining initiatives including the use of Other Transaction Agreements (OTA).
- Significant experience managing shareholder at the OSD, and HQDA level.
- Significant experience managing developmental/prototype programs.
- Operation and/or acquisition experience in Air and Missile Defense field.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following): Serve as a Senior Program & Operations Analyst for the U.S.
Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO)Multi Domain Artillery Cannon System (MDACS) at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Candidate will report directly to the RCCTO and be responsive to the project officer's requirements. The candidate shall support program management activities and prepare programs for execution reviews and reporting. The candidate shall implement and comply with Army policy issuances and changes. * Strategic Planning:
Develop strategies that outline how the organization will achieve its goals. These strategies involve operations, acquisition test, logistics and business topics.
Collaborate with senior program specialists to assess, prepare, and present short- and long-range mission goals, objectives, and initiatives to senior leadership.
