Your responsibilities:


  • Reception of our visitors
  • Conducting safety briefings for visitors, if necessary also in English
  • Booking of conference rooms and organization of conference services
  • Acceptance and forwarding of incoming calls
  • Occasional gatekeeper duties
  • Opening and sorting of incoming mail as well as processing of outgoing mail, if necessary also enveloping of outgoing mail
  • Maintenance of the intranet
  • Participation in projects

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent
  • Friendly and courteous demeanor
  • Organizational talent
