Sheet Metal Installer/Fabricator
Position Summary
Amazing Sheet Metal opportunity. Grace Roofing and Sheet Metal Enterprise is a family owned and operated company specializing in Residential and Commercial roofing. We have an immediate opening for a Sheet Metal Installer/ Fabricator.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut and bend sheet metal.
- Install metal roofing panels and components.
- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as gravel stops, eave drip, coping cap, line jacks, gutter/downspout, counter flashing, scuppers, expansion joints, and drainpipes.
- Determine material or tool requirements.
- Secure metal panels in place then interlock and fasten grooved panel edges.
- Maneuver completed units into position for installation and anchor the units.
- Adherence to safety procedures is required.
- Knowledge of using hand and power tools
- Set up production equipment or machinery.
- Fasten seams and joints together.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
- Education_
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience_
- At least 1 year of sheet metal experience
- Skills & Requirements_
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Knowledge of using hand and power tools
