- Clean tables as necessary.
- Serve food to Team Members going through EDR line.
- Stock Condiments, napkins, utensils, China and glassware.
- Maintain and Stock salad bar, Dessert, Ice Cream stations as directed.
- Clean storage, floors and shelving as needed.
- Clean out refrigerators as needed to prevent spoilage.
- Maintain cleanliness of EDR at all times according to "ServSafe" standards.
- Communicate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef about tasks and assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp & prioritize assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Minimum six months work experience in Food and Beverage preferred.

To ensure a clean and inviting environment for all Casino Team Members while on breaks in the EDR.
