Job Description:

As a member of the Pleasant Lake team, you will support a certified inspector in the examination of complex railway systems within the regulatory process of the Federal Railway Authority (EBA).

Working closely with a team of EBA recognized inspectors in the fields of signaling, telecommunications, and electrical engineering, you will ensure the safety and functionality of relay, electronic, and digital interlocking systems, as well as train control systems such as ETCS, LZB, PZB, and other railway systems.

You will continuously develop your knowledge of new regulations and technical products to stay up-to-date with industry standards. As part of the multiproject management team, you will act as a liaison between various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
You have a degree in electrical engineering, transportation engineering, signaling, railway safety engineering, or a related field.

You have several years of professional experience in independently managing projects in the planning, design, or construction of railway systems.

You have a strong understanding of signaling, telecommunications, and electrical engineering.

Along with a meticulous work style, you have the ability to quickly adapt to new topics and demonstrate strong commitment, flexibility, and teamwork.

Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.

You must also have the physical ability to enter the danger zone of railway tracks and hold a valid Class B driver's license.
