Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team.

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems
• Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with internal teams or external vendors

Experience:

To be successful in this role, the Maintenance Associate should have the following experience:

• Previous experience in field service or maintenance role preferred
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and industrial electrician work
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
• Basic understanding of welding techniques for metal fabrication
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with various tools and equipment
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
