To support our client in Rastatt, we are looking for a Personnel Administrator (m/f/d).

Location: Rastatt
Employment type(s): Full-time
Working hours: Hours per week

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent execution of personnel administration, including creating employment contracts, references, and certificates
  • Management of personnel files and maintenance of digital personnel records
  • Point of contact for employees regarding salary, vacation, sick leave, etc.
  • Support in creating job advertisements and managing applicants
  • Preparation and implementation of onboarding processes for new employees
  • Assistance in planning and implementing personnel development measures
  • Collaboration with external service providers such as health insurance companies or authorities

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of human resources
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally experience with HR software
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work style
