Montrose is looking for a new team member to join our residential and care community in Speyer. This position is available immediately and can be part-time or full-time hours per week) with an indefinite contract.

As a member of the Caritas Association for the Diocese of Speyer, we provide support and care for individuals in various life situations and currently employ around 450 full-time staff members.

As a leading organization in the field of social welfare, the Caritas Association represents the interests of charitable organizations and facilities in the diocese and advocates for fair and social living conditions.

Our Caritas Dienste Mobil is the mobile nursing service of CBS Betriebsträgergesellschaft mbH Speyer.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating a daily routine for our residents that takes into account their individual needs and preferences. This includes considering their expectations, wishes, abilities, and well-being, as well as their personal history, if applicable.
