    Description

    DX Engineering is hiring for 2 different entry-level warehouse positions. Each position has the same hours and the same starting pay.

    Hours for these positions are:

    Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm

    Starting pay rate is $17

    Summary: The DXE Utility 1 position is an entry level warehouse position for DX Engineering Manufacturing.

    Duties & Responsibilities for the Utility 1 Position are:

    • Order Picking - Pick manufacturing assembly orders by picking the specified components & quantities from their designated location(s) as listed off the order pick list and accurately labeling them for the assembly team
    • Cable and Wire Picking - Process stocking & custom cable production orders, using both automated and manual equipment
    • Material Handling - Safely unload inbound freight and confirm receipt information against the bill of lading. Transport product within the warehouse/manufacturing areas to the appropriate locations
    • Restock/Put-away - Replenish pick locations with product from Receiving, Returns, and Bulk
    • Outbound - Gather, review & audit all completed finished goods materials for palletization and stage for truck transport
    • Packaging - Assist in packaging of completed cables, finished products and various kits
    • Record Keeping - Maintain accurate time keeping records as well as various inspection and other documentation
    • Other Duties as Assigned - Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting other department or individuals
    Education and/or Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Summary: The DXE Assembler 1 position is an entry level assembly and packaging position in the DX Engineering Manufacturing department.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Packaging -Package various internal, external & Sellable production orders.
    • Light Mechanical Assembly - Use various hand tools to complete light mechanical assemblies. (Examples include but are not limited to installing covers on finished electronic products, clamps and other components on coil subassemblies, and assembly of antenna components for shipment.)
    • Record Keeping - Maintain accurate time keeping records as well as various inspection and other documentation.
    • Preventative Maintenance - Maintain & operate packaging equipment including but not limited to heat sealers, air staplers, tape dispensers, and label printers.
    • Cable and Wire Picking - Process stocking & custom cable production orders, using both automated and manual equipment.
    • Restock/Put-away - Perform re-stock & put-away duties for department packaging materials.
    • Other Duties as Assigned - Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting other departments or employees.
    Education and/or Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
