Summary

At Lowell, we are looking for a People Services Specialist (m/f/d) for our location in Essen, Pelion, SC to start as soon as possible in a full-time position.

Your challenges will include:

Advising employees and managers on all aspects of the employee life cycle
Creating employment contracts, amendments, and references
Independent handling of confirmations and certificates, such as maternity leave, parental leave, and terminations
Reviewing, preparing, and reporting relevant data (contracts, changes, etc.) for monthly payroll
Maintaining and reviewing master data and personnel files
Supporting the Payroll and HR Controlling specialists in preparing KPI reports
Maintaining and managing the time management system and regulations

Your qualifications:

Professional experience in operational HR work throughout the entire employee life cycle
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Word
Good knowledge of common HR administration and payroll systems (e.g. LOGA, Workday)
Good knowledge of payroll, especially in tax and social security law
Good written and spoken English skills
Structured, careful, and conscientious work style
Strong communication skills, a "cando" attitude, flexibility, and openness to change
