They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times.
Our Assistant Directors are responsible for executing daily operations in day-to-day activities in a high-volume business.Assistant Directors lead by example, set the tone for a shift and act as a role model for our team.
They offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs and are expected to have the ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility.
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but prior leadership experience is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Flexible availability to open and/or close
- Strong commitment to food safety as well as a strong commitment to customer service
- Strong people skills
- Must be over 18
