The Bi-lingual 1st Shift HR Business Partner based out of our Hatfield, PA Facility will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR processes.

The HR Business Partner provides solutions for the needs of internal clients taking into account the corporate policies of training, development, remuneration, etc.

and the current legislation; responsible for the leadership and facilitation of the development of culture and key capabilities.

This individual will guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in very complex situations.


Start Time 7:00 am

  • Be aligned within or across functions and deliver HR solutions to meet Managers' and Team Members' needs.
  • Understand the business environment, strategy and people implications.
  • Provide people management coaching to managers and contribute to the development of managers' skills.
  • Execution of all employee engagement activities within areas of responsibility.
  • Act as steward for attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent in the organization.
  • Champion performance and talent management processes within customer groups.
  • Support HR Services delivery of peoplerelated matters.
  • Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver business required programs.
  • Drive implementation of functionwide HR programs within assigned locations.
  • Facilitate change management within regions(s) or function(s).
  • Help managers meet and exceed people objectives for their area or function.
  • Execute annual people plan, inline with business priorities, goals and initiatives including team member development and succession planning
  • Execute Platform people strategy, HR plan, and budget and HR priorities.
  • Interpret and communicate global HR solutions for Platform
  • Leverage the use of tools / knowledge / informational sources to identify business trends and ensure appropriate (COE) solutions are in place to support the business.
  • Support the HR Service Delivery model by working effectively with and across HR Services.

Experience:
Required

  • 3 year(s): To 5 years Human Resource experience. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Experience working with complex and strategic business areas, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Technical areas. Previous consumer goods, manufacturing or distribution experience.

Education:
Required

  • Bachelors or better in Human Resource Management
  • Related OntheJob Experi or better in Human Resource Management
