- 5+ years experience with robot systems, specifically FANUC robots
- Proficiency in Guard Logic, Factory Talk, DeviceNet, Ethernet
- Ability to evaluate and make recommendations on new FANUC robots
- Proficient in setting up new programs in ALLEN-BRADLEY and PLC Ladder Logics
- Experience with Robot Interfacing and documentation
- AA or BS Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Expertise in programming installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Electrical diagnosis skills with the ability to recommend or perform repairs
- Provide technical support for the installation and maintenance of new/existing equipment
- Troubleshoot manufacturing/support equipment prioritizing safety
- Train production and skilled trade team members on technical aspects
- Maintain documentation for knowledge sharing regarding issues and lessons learned
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and train others on troubleshooting techniques
- Oversee upgrades and programming changes to manufacturing systems
