Association Management Center seeks an
Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our client, Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, ARN. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence through communication, technology utilization, and adherence to protocols.


Role Responsibilities

OPERATIONS

  • Support the operations of the Board of Directors including coordination of meetings, call for nominations, and board travel.
  • Support committees as assigned including coordination of meetings and general committee work.
  • Process weekly accounts payable, expense reports, invoices, and credit cards, assigning them to appropriate budget items and identifying and investigating issues.
  • Produce analytics, metrics, timelines and evaluations as needed.
  • Perform other operational tasks as assigned.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Administer annual membership calls including calls for volunteers, nominations and awards.
  • Provide support to the Marketing and Membership manager with ARN Chapters.
  • Generate, track, and analyze monthly reports on membership and marketing activities.
  • Support Marketing Manager with eblasts, advertisements, updates to the web and social media sites, etc.

CERTIFICATION

  • Manage daytoday operations of client certification program.
  • Acts as main liaison with certification testing company including coordinating all examination development and administration activities.
  • Coordinates with volunteer leadership to manage committees and RNCB.
  • Coordinate tasks that ensure RNCB's compliance with ABNSC to offer certification.

Experience and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 13 years office administration, customer service experience a plus


  • Technology: Microsoft suite

  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, proficiency in online webapps such as SurveyMonkey, Doodle, and other clientspecific databases
  • Team player with exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to keep track of multiple projects at once
  • Ability to travel out of state and overnight 12 times per year
  • Physical: Sitting, Walking, Standing, Manual Dexterity, Hearing and Seeing.
