Responsibilities
- Quote, service and issue new and existing business.
- Answers customer's calls or correspondence.
- Answers questions regarding payments.
- See's that the customer's problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements:

CA Property & Casualty License:
- Must be fluent in English
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- High school degree
- Compensation: Starting pay commensurate with experience
- Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
