As a Cannabis Horticulturist, you will be responsible for the expert cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants in our facilities.

This role demands a deep understanding of plant care techniques specific to cannabis cultivation and a genuine enthusiasm for horticulture.

• Cultivate and maintain cannabis plants through various growth stages
• Conduct regular inspections to assess plant health, identify issues, and implement corrective measures
• Prune and train plants to optimize growth, yield, and quality
• Implement integrated pest management strategies to protect plants from pests and diseases
• Monitor and adjust environmental factors such as lighting, temperature, humidity, and ventilation
• Operate specialized equipment and tools for cannabis cultivation
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to develop and execute cultivation plans
• Assist with harvesting, trimming, and processing of cannabis plants
• Perform various tasks related to cannabis cultivation as needed

• Minimum of five years of experience in horticulture, specifically in cannabis cultivation, with a strong understanding of the metric system
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the cultivation operation
• Proficiency in plant care techniques relevant to cannabis cultivation, including pruning, training, and pest management
• Familiarity with environmental control systems and nutrient management in cannabis cultivation
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks in a demanding cultivation environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Willingness to undergo a background check
