We are responsible for the successful sales of CLAAS products and services. Together with our sales partners, we offer expertise on site and ensure optimal harvests.


Your role in our team:


  • As a Technical Trainer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for preparing and conducting internal and external trainings for the customer service and service employees of our sales partners.
  • You will carry out technical research and prepare information for use in trainings.
  • You will work with the CENTRAL ACADEMY to design, create, and prepare professional technical materials.
  • You will be responsible for the content planning and implementation of trainings.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the pre and postprocessing of training machines.
  • You will also be involved in the conceptual development of learning content, practical tasks, and teaching materials.
  • You will support the customer service, sales, and marketing teams with field assignments in specific cases.

Your profile:


  • You have completed training as a master agricultural machinery mechanic (m/f/d) or have a degree in mechanical engineering or agriculture with a focus on agricultural technology or a comparable field of study
