Talent Sourcer
Job Summary:
Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition and taking part in Kickoff Intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of the requirements for each role
- Strategizing creative ways to build shortterm and longterm talent pipelines, enhance referral generation, and online events including virtual career fairs
- Taking an active role in oncamera presentations and creating basic videos to succinctly describe new positions, effectively marketing them on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to attract top talent
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Highlevel expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing and automation tools, LinkedIn groups, and discussion forums
- Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good timemanagement skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- A high level of efficiency, timemanagement skills, and the ability to source for multiple open positions simultaneously
Work Setting and Environment:
- Monday
- Friday, normal working hours
- Work is to be performed remotely
