Metal stamping and roll forming company in Central NJ seeks individual for full time Plant Manager position.

Areas of responsibility :
Hiring and evaluating personnel for plant, especially skilled tool and die, machinists, die setters, maintenance mechanics, press operators. Overseeing plant operations with the goal of improving efficiencies via new tooling, procedures, work flow. Complete oversight of plant operations and providing recommendations to management to improve day to day operations.


Pay:
$130, $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 4 years (preferred)
• Management: 5 years (preferred)
