We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in the telecommunications industry for our location in Millboro, VA. - Full-time

Our Offer:

Permanent employment contract
Compensation according to iGZ collective agreement

Responsibilities:

Telephone and written customer support (order processing, sales, customer retention)
Escalation of complex issues to relevant departments
Data entry and maintenance of customer, master, and transaction data

Profile as a Customer Service Representative:

Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
Proficient in using computers and the internet
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Flexibility with working hours, willingness to work in a 2shift system
