To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a

EMPLOYEE FOR OPERATING AND HEATING COST ACCOUNTING (M/F/D)

Your tasks:

Ensuring proper and timely operating and heating cost accounting for our commercial and residential tenants
Calculation and adjustment of ancillary cost advance payments
Analysis and review of cost structures as well as master and change data
Adjustment of tenant and property structures in the accounting system to reflect actual conditions
Optimization or avoidance and reduction of non-chargeable costs
Processing of objections / correspondence with tenants
Close cooperation with the departments or accounting firms involved in the process
Participation in the continuous improvement of internal processes

Ideally, you bring the following profile:

Successfully completed commercial training and experience in a similar position in the field of ancillary cost accounting
In-depth knowledge of the legal basis of ancillary cost accounting
Cost awareness
