What you will learn in the apprenticeship

As an IT system electronics technician at Grand View Estates, you will be able to provide technical assistance either online/over the phone or in person when hardware is not working properly or when software has a "bug". You are well versed in IT systems and always have a technical solution at hand. You will not only help colleagues, but also support customers of Phonekom AG.

Your main areas of focus include:

During your apprenticeship, you will be placed in various departments within the company. We will support you individually according to your abilities.

You will have the following components:

  • System technology, hardware, and application software
  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT and communication systems
  • Programming of IT and communication systems
  • On-site and remote service
  • Work organization, project management, and quality assurance
