Your Responsibilities

Strategy & Compliance
Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies
Work closely with the Group Purchasing Director on various projects
Establish local policies to ensure compliance with regional standards
Projects
Project management, including implementing new processes and tools
Budgeting and preparation of the budget for purchasing materials, etc.
Contract Management & Negotiations
Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers from sourcing to contracting
Develop and coordinate sourcing strategies at an international level
Monitor budgeting process with various departments
Implement group contracts as the lead buyer
Monitor national KPIs and budgets

Your Background

Relevant professional training or education
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
At least 4 years of experience in strategic purchasing, particularly in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationship management
