    In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions.

    You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

    You Have:
    7+ years of experience with IT operations supportExperience with cloud operations tools and technologies, including monitoring, automation, and orchestration tools such as ServiceNowExperience managing staff and tracking internal and external suspense and correspondence with designated functional areas of the organizationExperience initiating, revising, recommending, and ensuring implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directivesExperience defining and documenting processes into written procedures, including standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articlesAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor's degreeNice If


    You Have:
    Experience providing operational reports and status to senior level management, including SLA reportingExperience identifying existing or potential problem areas within the area of operations and recommending corrective actionExperience in project management, including risk analysis, resource management, and task prioritizationExperience supporting help desk operations, including ticketing, prioritization, escalation, and resolutionExperience supporting enterprise cloud environments in AWS, GCP, or AzureVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
