    Regional Security Governance Coordinator (Contract)

    Pay Range:
    $33.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Security Governance Coordinator to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their IT security/systems career looking to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and globally recognized organization.


    Security Governance:
    Support the implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST 800-82, and ISA/IEC

    Risk Management:
    Conduct business impact analysis and vulnerability assessments. Apply security risk management standards, methods, and processes.

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay current with applicable state and federal laws, industry standards, and best practices.

    Project Coordination:
    Assist in program management and project management activities related to security governance.

    Collaboration:
    Work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including technical teams, non-technical personnel, and executive leadership.

    Travel:
    Willingness to undertake up to 10% domestic travel as required.

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
    Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Systems Security is required.
    At least 2 years in Security Risk Management is preferred.
    At least 2 years of program management or project management experience is preferred.
    Advanced proficiency in English (written, verbal, and presentation skills) is required.
    Fluency in other languages such as French, German, or Spanish is a plus.


    Candidates must be currently local to the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area or willing to relocate at their own expense, as we do not provide relocation support for this role.


    Contract Details:
    This is a contract position with an open-ended duration, offering an hourly pay rate ranging from $33.75 per hour

    In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
