    Group/DivisionThe KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.

    The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services.


    Our comprehensive services include:

    proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

    Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
    Responsibilities

    The Director for Services Solution Architecture leads the design and development of the business and tool information systems enabling digital services delivery.

    Ensures a consistent architecture and proactive governance of this development process, following the methods and standards of the KLA product lifecycle process (PLC).

    Works closely with all KLA Services functions in the development of a common solution roadmap.
    Preferred Qualifications

    Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in developing sophisticated software solutions, indicating a deep understanding of the complexities involved in architecting and implementing digital services.


    Leadership Skills:
    Demonstrated leadership abilities, demonstrated by their capability to lead and inspire teams effectively. This role requires critical thinking and the ability to influence and align teams toward a common vision.

    Program Management Expertise:
    Proficiency in leading large-scale programs involving significant resources (50+ Full-Time Equivalent) is important. Adept at project planning, execution, and delivery within a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.

    Technical Proficiency:
    Strong background in enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM (Enovia/Teamcenter/Windchill), and Snowflake is re
