Your tasks will include:

Independent management of existing customers and smooth implementation of our service processes in the assigned area, regular visits according to a predetermined frequency
Identifying needs and expanding the potential of existing customers
Market and competition monitoring
Handling of inquiries and complaints in close cooperation with the departments of internal sales, fleet management, and operations
Preparation of offers and contract negotiations, implementation of upselling measures
Coordination and implementation of new contracts and contract extensions
Organization and execution of fittings, inventory and locker checks, consultations and trainings for customers
Processing of cancellations with the goal of retaining the customer
Internal consultant for all departments involved in the provision of services
Implementation of activities and measures to improve customer satisfaction
