- Directs and trains 3 Parts Inventory Clerks, and provides CMMS training to maintenance personnel. Reports to the Maintenance Manager.
- Sources/purchases parts and supplies working with a weekly budget of $125,000.
- Keeps an accurate, viable inventory in CMMS; maintain all work records.
- Schedule and coordinate parts for planned maintenance.
- Order parts, key in requisitions and invoices, turn requisitions into purchase orders, and send to suppliers for orders.
- Oversee Hazardous waste and Universal waste. Ship out UPS, FedEx, or freight as needed.
- Deal with vendors and sales representatives getting quotes and setting up new parts.
- Scan paperwork to Accounting. Assist in ensuring food-safe, high-quality products are produced that meet or exceed all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in Manufacturing.
- Intermediate MS Excel proficiency.
- Great communication, work ethics, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, ability to work in a team environment.

As the Maintenance Supply-Parts Planner you will be responsible for maintaining an adequate and accurate inventory of the supply room and maintenance warehouse. Also supervises part room clerks and schedules planned maintenance.
