On behalf of a nursing company in Mosbach, we are looking for a facility manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


YOUR TASKS:


  • Management of the facility and the team, including employee recruitment, development, and evaluation
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including quality assurance and financial control
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of care and customer service
  • Maintaining close collaboration with families, relatives, and external partners
  • Promoting a positive work environment and open communication

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed degree in healthcare with a focus on business/management or further training as a facility manager
  • Many years of experience in managing a nursing facility
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
